- Applying qualitative research to design a ubiquitous experience to augment the richness of conversational learning at the workplace
- Conducted a team of designers on doing rapid ethnography to design a music buying experience for customers of a coffeehouse chain
- Contributed to design the company’s user experience center and usability lab
- Did rapid ethnography for Walmart Brazil to understand their employees' communication habits and design a game experience
- Headed user research, paper prototyping, wireframe and card sorting studies for a worldwide digital cinema company
- Headed user research, rapid ethnography and experience prototyping of innovative ideas for Samsung
- Conducted heuristic evaluations and field testing in mobile games development for Samsung, including one for blind people
